Before this: 15 years across multinationals. $400M revenue scope, 7 clusters, 92 countries. SAP, multi-currency consolidation, GSV→NSV→GM waterfalls.
I've always built my own systems — late nights wiring BI connections, layering Excel logic until the whole thing held together. That instinct didn't change. The tools did. Everything on this page was built with Claude Code.
You're standing inside it right now.
IZ Financial Intelligence Platform
Real-time dashboard for Croatia's largest family entertainment centre operator. 16-tab React dashboard · Supabase real-time · AI advisory (Ask Deda + Konzilij boardroom sim) · €157k cash tracking tied to bank statements · 10-location portfolio optimization · EVERFUN branded.
how it works
Excel models stay the source of truth. A Python pipeline (load → COM recalc → contract tests → push) feeds 15 Supabase tables every morning; the React app renders 16 tabs with persona views, anomaly detection and a P&L that walks to Adjusted EBITDA. Two AI advisors answer from the live numbers. Financials blurred — the layout is the point.
Operating Manual
The system that runs this site — and every build behind it. Boss decides, Architect writes the brief, Code builds. Three rounds of planning, risk-bucketed phases, and a handoff protocol that never drops context. Copy the template, paste it into Claude, and run the same workflow.
Command Center v7
Full-stack task management PWA. Focus/backlog pots, stakeholder routing, drag-and-drop prioritization, real-time Claude sync via custom MCP server. 940-line design brief → 14 tables → 9 MCP tools.
how it works
React PWA on Supabase (tasks, registry, changelog, claude_items). A custom MCP server on Netlify Functions gives Claude 9 tools to read and write the board in real time. Daily cycle: sort.bat archives, git push at 17:00.
Second Brain
Knowledge capture: 18-category taxonomy, voice-to-insight pipeline. Dual-write architecture — Google Sheets (source of truth) + Supabase (app layer) — with automated tie-out on every write.
how it works
Every idea I have — and every thought left on the wall below — captured and fed to a system learning to think like me. You're not reading about it. You're feeding it right now.
Financial Model Automation
the foundation — built years before any of this. fifteen years of Excel/VBA and Python across multinationals: multi-currency consolidation, GSV→NSV→GM waterfalls, scenario modelling over a $400M revenue scope, decomposed until a person could read it and decide. no AI wrote a line of it — the systems came first, Claude only changed the tools.
how it works
Excel as the smart layer on live SAP data. A whole company — COGS, production, factory sufficiency, energy — decomposed so a human can actually read it and make a good call, then a consolidation layer on top with full forecast flexibility. Opens instantly. Still in production years later — the kind of system that only keeps its edge if the person who built it maintains it. Real models aren't files, they're living things.
Cadence
Habit-tracking PWA with gamification engine. 7-rank avatar progression, 11 badges, streak chains, trend cycle charts. Supabase schema v6 with archive migration + row-level security.
how it works
React PWA with Supabase RLS backend. Gamification engine: 7 avatar ranks, 11 badges, streak chains and trend cycles computed from daily logs. 66 QA tests on the schema and engine.
Boardroom Simulator
Multi-persona decision engine. 8 calibrated stakeholder personas with distinct priorities and risk profiles. Pressure-tests decisions through structured debate before they hit the real room.
how it works
A boardroom of the real people I answer to — researched, modeled, and recalibrated every month until they argue back the way they actually would. A sparring partner that gets sharper the longer I run it.
Fantasy Football Analytics
SQL Server star-schema warehouse feeding Power BI dashboards. DAX measures for player valuation, ownership differentials, and performance modeling across 6 seasons.
how it works
The one I'm still fighting with. Goal: an MCP agent that picks my Champions League team the way I would — so I stop missing the deadline I always miss. Work in progress, out loud.
